Tour Details
- Hotel Collection: We will collect you from your Hotel or chosen location in Kanazawa in the morning (See departure times)
- Inami Village: Our English-speaking driver will take you directly to Inami Village. Drive through the remote villages into the Japanese countryside, away from the crowds and hustle of the city.
- Visit the artisans: We will take you through the village and introduce you to some of the famous artisans still working in the village. prepare yourself to experience fine craftsmanship working right in front of you.
- Introduction to woodcarving: Meet our carpentry master as you get to work in a traditional workshop. Our Carpentry master will guide you through the carving of your very own wood sake cup, using the Inami processes. This is a 60-minute session where you will use a set of chisels. Once complete you will experience the traditional branding of you cup
- Sake Tasting with your new sake cup: Experience the new aroma and taste that your very own wooden sake cup. You will get to try a glass and then your own cup to discover the differences and new aromas.
- Traditional Lunch: take in a traditional lunch before heading back to Kanazawa.
- Hotel Return: Our English-speaking driver will return you to your Kanazawa hotel.
