Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable individuals to join our team as Tour Guides and Driver-Guides. As a Tour Guide, you will be responsible for guiding sightseeing tours of Kanazawa and the surrounding area to guests coming from overseas. As a Driver-Guide, you will additionally be responsible for driving guests to various tour locations while providing insightful commentary. This job is ideal for people who are deeply interested in working with English and different cultures. Training will be provided, so people with little or no experience are welcome.
Requirements:
- Passion for history, culture, and storytelling.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality.
- Ability to handle groups of various sizes and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying schedules.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Previous experience in guiding or customer service is preferred, but not required.
- For Driver-Guides: Valid Driver’s License & clean driving record (Required)
- Working Visa in Japan (Required)
